What you get, before what we want

Online-first

Most roles are remote. Participating should not cost you a working day or a day of classes.

Students protected

Student volunteers default to online-only, carry a workload cap, and pause during exams. You will never be asked to make up numbers at a gathering.

You set the workload

You declare your availability and assignment respects it. Declining a task is never recorded against you.

Developed, not used

Training, a stated reporting line, a grievance route, score appeals, and the right to leave without hostility.

Where help is actually needed right now

These constituencies have citizens reporting problems and nobody working them. This is our own coverage failure, published as it is.

You can invite people, and we track that as contribution history and recognition. There is no payment, no commission, and no multi-level structure. A political party that pays for recruitment gets the members it pays for.

What we will never ask you to do

Take custody of a citizen’s original documents or money. Attend something to make up numbers. Skip an exam or a shift. Pressure anyone into joining. Any of these is a disciplinary matter for the person who asked, not for you.
