None of these checks has been completed. Until they all are, “All India People's Governance Party” is a placeholder.
The specific declaration required for registration must be reproduced here verbatim, exactly as prescribed, after confirmation by qualified legal counsel. It has deliberately not been paraphrased or drafted by this platform.
Section 4 of our draft Constitution therefore carries a visible placeholder rather than a paraphrase. A paraphrase of prescribed statutory wording is worse than a gap: it looks complete and is not. See Section 4.

Political contributions in India are governed by statute and Election Commission requirements, including rules on donor identity, foreign contributions, reporting thresholds and disclosure.

Your name, mobile number, optional email and address. The mobile number, email and address are encrypted at rest. The address is used once, to work out which constituency you are in.
Your religion. Your caste. There is no field for either anywhere in the database, so there is nothing to query, leak or subpoena.
Issues you raise, unless you choose otherwise. Your name is hidden by default. Your address is never public at any setting.
See everything we hold about you, correct it, export it, or ask for it to be deleted. If law requires us to keep something, we tell you exactly what and why.
Contact details are visible only to coordinators scoped to your area, and only where they hold that specific permission. National leadership does not automatically have it.
With the default configuration, nothing you type leaves this deployment - address search runs offline. If a commercial geocoder is enabled, the signup page says so before you type.
We do not treat blogs or news summaries as legal authority. These are the sources of record.

What this platform does not claim
Designed with applicable legal and constitutional requirements in mind. Final legal compliance requires review by qualified Indian legal professionals and compliance with current Election Commission and government requirements.
This platform does not, and cannot, make the party legally compliant on its own. It provides workflows, records and review states that support compliance. It offers no guarantee against legal proceedings, complaints or regulatory action.
Registration of a political party requires specific declarations, some of which must appear in the party constitution in prescribed wording.
Registration has not been applied for. The statutory declaration in the Party Constitution is a placeholder pending exact wording confirmed by qualified legal counsel.
Campaign activity, expenditure and candidate conduct are regulated, including under the Model Code of Conduct once it is in force.
Election and candidate modules are disabled. They will remain disabled until the party is registered and the applicable campaign rules have been reviewed.
Paid political content is subject to pre-certification and disclosure requirements in several contexts.
Paid political advertising features are disabled pending review.
Internal selection must follow the party constitution, and public election eligibility is a separate statutory question.
Candidate selection is disabled until the party is registered.
Organisational elections are expected to follow the party constitution and be capable of independent verification.
Official organisational elections are disabled. Opinion polls and consultations remain available and are clearly labelled as non-binding.
Use of national symbols and certain names is restricted, and a party symbol is allotted through a defined process.

Public gatherings typically require prior permission from local authorities and police, and are subject to conditions on location, timing, noise and traffic.
Membership conditions must not discriminate unlawfully, and certain declarations (citizenship, age, non-membership of another party) are conventional or required.
Collection of mobile numbers, addresses, precise location and complaint content engages Indian data protection obligations, including notice, purpose limitation, retention and grievance redress.
Statutory accounting, audit and disclosure obligations apply separately from any voluntary public transparency.
Published statements carry defamation, hate-speech and misinformation risk, and unsolicited messaging is separately regulated.

The party mark is an original design. It is deliberately not the Ashoka Chakra and not the State Emblem of India, whose use is restricted under the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950. It has twelve figures and an open ring; the Chakra has twenty-four spokes and is closed.
