How do I know the two-term rule will not just be amended away once it becomes inconvenient?
Our answer
You do not, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we have done is make it harder and more visible: an amendment requires publication, a comment period, legal review and three approvers who did not propose it, and any amendment that removes an accountability provision must say so in plain words in its change summary. Every version stays public. If we ever weaken this rule, the record of us doing it will be permanent and easy to find.

Every party promises transparent finances. What is different here?
Our answer
The separation of duties is enforced in software rather than promised. The person who requests a spend cannot approve it, the approver cannot execute it, and the executor cannot reconcile it. These are refused by the system, not by policy. You can read the rules in Section 28 to 31 of the Constitution and see the enforcement in the approvals module.

If you do not record caste, how will you know whether your own organisation is representative?
Our answer
This is a genuine tension and we do not have a clean answer. Recording caste to measure representation is exactly the database we said we would not build. Our current position is that we will not build it, and we accept the cost of being unable to measure that dimension of our own composition. If you think we are wrong, Challenge Our Thinking is the right place to say so, and this is precisely the kind of question that might change our position.

Who audits the AI if the people running the party are also the people running the AI?
Our answer
The AUDITOR role is read-and-verify only, and holds no write permission anywhere in the system, including over the AI configuration. The audit log is a hash chain, so deleting or editing an entry breaks every link after it and the integrity check reports where. That is not the same as genuine external oversight, which we do not yet have, and we would rather say so than overstate it.

Does AI decide anything about me?
No. AI classifies, summarises, spots duplicates and draws attention to things that need a person to look at them. It cannot appoint or remove a leader, select a candidate, determine guilt, disqualify anyone, decide a disciplinary outcome, remove a vote, close your issue or publish content. Those actions are refused at runtime, not merely discouraged. Section 33 of the Constitution sets this out.

Do you record my religion or caste?
No. There is no religion field and no caste field anywhere in the system. This is not a setting that can be switched on: adding one would require a change to the Constitution and a change to the database schema. There is nothing to query.

Why can I not donate?
Because political contributions are legally regulated and that review has not been completed, and because the party is not registered. Taking money first and sorting out compliance later is exactly the behaviour this party exists to argue against. The donation pages you can see are marked as design previews.

Is this party registered with the Election Commission of India?
No. It is not registered. The name used on this platform is a working name whose availability has not been verified. We say so on every page rather than in a footnote, because a party asking for trust should not begin by overstating its own status.

Why is the founder not named yet?
The founder will be introduced on 17 September 2026. Until then everything needed to judge this party is already published: the Constitution, the manifesto, the accountability rules and the code that enforces them. A party that asks to be judged on rules rather than personalities should be willing to publish the rules first.

What stops someone renaming a post to get around the two-term limit?
Terms are counted on a position equivalence key rather than on the position's title. Renaming "State Convenor" to "State President" changes the display name but not the key, so the count carries over. Creating a position that is materially the same as an existing one is flagged for review before it can be created. This is in Section 21 of the Constitution and it is enforced in software.

How do you decide which constituency I belong to?
You give an address; it is converted to a coordinate; the coordinate is tested against published constituency boundaries. The result is shown to you and you confirm it before it is saved. If the boundary data cannot answer confidently, you are told that instead of being assigned to a guess. Your address itself is encrypted and never published.

I am a student. Will you ask me to skip class?
No. Education comes first, and that is a constitutional provision, not a slogan. Student volunteers default to online-only roles, carry a workload cap, and their assignments pause during examination periods. You will never be asked to attend something to make up numbers.

What happens if I publicly criticise the party here?
It stays up. Criticism is not removed for being uncomfortable. Only threats, hate speech, content targeting a private individual, and unlawful content are removed, and moderation records explicitly whether criticism was preserved so the question "was this censorship?" is answerable afterwards. Challenge Our Thinking exists specifically for arguments against our positions.
What happens to promises you fail to keep?
They stay published, marked as blocked or cancelled with the reason. Commitments are never silently deleted. If we cancel one, the cancellation reason is a required field. You can read the full list, including the failures, on the Commitments page.
