Opinion polls, policy surveys, constituency priorities and binding member votes are four different things. Each one below says which it is, in its own words, on its own card.
An opinion poll is not an election
This distinction is enforced in the data model, not just in wording. A poll has a type, and the type determines the disclaimer shown on it, whether it is binding, and whether it needs independent review. Nothing on this page can quietly be presented as a mandate it does not have.
