Version history

Every version is retained permanently and stays publicly readable. A superseded version is marked superseded, never deleted, so a future leadership cannot quietly remove a provision and leave no trace that it ever existed.

What an amendment requires

Publication of the proposed change, a period for member comment, legal review, and approval by three authorised people, none of whom proposed it. An amendment that removes an accountability provision must say so plainly in its change summary: that requirement is itself Section 43.
